一、设备的主要组成部分/main composition of equipment
罐：一层结构不锈钢带搅拌和自动恒温的密封罐。
泵：选择用低速高精度计量泵及精密传动和显示装置。
头：自动三位变换（浇注、回流、清洗）不会超前滞后，浇注后气动位移程控自动清洗。
台：模具定位在自动控制的万向工作台上，自动浇注圆形、方形或特殊形状滤芯垫。
控：温度、压力、浇注量数显自控。工作台按微机屏幕要求运行。
bucket:stainless-steel seal tank of three-layer structuer with stirring and automa-ticconstant temperature-preservation functions.
pump:slow-speed,high-accurate flow-control pump with precise actuating anddisplay devices.
nozzle:featuring automatic three position-switching,which includes pouring,fl-owinversing and flushing,without any advancing or lagging.the nozzle pneumatically dislocates after the pouring work and then the automatic f-lushing course starts through program control.
workbench:the die set is positioned on the self-governed all-around workbench,afterwards round or square seal packs or seal pack with special figure would be automatically poured.
control:the temperatuer,pressure and the extent of pouring would all be displ-qyed digitally while controlled qutomatically.the workbench is operated in accordance with the requirements displayed from computer screen.
