新风除湿机应用 Fresh Air Dehumidifier Application

新风除湿过程中,先将空气温度降低到露点以析水除湿,再将升温以调整温度、度热管可将新风的热量转移到蒸发盘管后对除湿后的空气进行升温处理。采用热管可以提高系统除湿能力、减少冷凝器热负荷。

In a fresh air dehumidifier, air temperature first goes down todew point to remove moisture and goes up to adjust relativehumidity. 热管除湿:热管本身不能降温除湿,在热泵烘干机内设置除湿热管,对进入蒸发器的湿热空气进行预冷降温,可以增加系统除湿能力,提高系统能效;对蒸发器出风进行再热,利于达成合适的烘干温度。
